Residents shall select a mentor, and meet at least weekly. Mentors are mature Christian women that will become part of a continuing support system for the future of our ladies.

The idea is to insure that our women have a friend in Christ after they leave the program. They are expected to meet with their mentors to form healthy and positive relationships. Whether working together on issues or just becoming
friends. The point is to give the ladies a positive community contact.
